Just a thought. In Oct. 2008 CRRC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOC) with Buffalo Gold Ltd. TSX-V:BUF. Initial $3M investment and $13M JV to develop their mine. All the usual bla, bla, bla about how wonderful it would be and and how thrilled Buffalo Gold was to have this great partner. It only hinged on some permits and some paperwork. On Dec. 8, 2008 the deal was terminated and today BUF is worthless. Nothing is guaranteed. CRRC has played this game before.
