Knowing where the JV is being incorporated would tell us what our JV arbitration options are, i.e. Bilateral Investment Treaties etc.

I'm sure that was taken into consideration when the decision was made, but it would be a comfort to know for sure...

Assuming that the JV has been incorporated, there must be a record somewhere...if we only knew the country, or even the JV company name.
