"What's the best guess on a buy out price per share?"

Speculative, at best - normally buy outs are done based on a premium on the average price of the stock over a period of time (usually measured in weeks, not months).

Nobody who has held this stock for any length of time, particularly those under water (most), would be happy with the buy out price.

Please don't shoot the messenger. Our stock price does not even come close to reflecting the true value of our holdings, but buyouts are done on the basis of the current value of the company as reflected in the stock price.
