VZ vs China, this is the way understand it over the past few weeks. Chavez was going to plan on a China visit but the dates Chavez were scheduling didn't meet Jintao's schedule as he had other commitments. Jintao said since his previous visit to VZ was disrupted in the spring due to an(earthquake?) that he would rather come to VZ to make up that visit. I think the last time I heard that visit was to take place in the near future.
