EZ....by "paperwork" I mean: bureaucracy, documents to translate in three languages, detailed reports to review, 1,500 page permits, etc.

And THOSE excuses have and are being used by KRY throughout this months long delay of the JV.

Although there has been speculation that there are "good issues" causing this JV delay we don't know for sure because KRY does not consider these "issues", good or bad, to be, in Richard's words, "significant" and therefore material. i.e. no comment.

And, in regards to bad issues.....sorry....but KRY never mention those.
