AD that's interesting and I can't add anything if this is a typical setup or not but it makes you wonder if KRY has received any of these approvals and not pr'd them yet.

Obviously we are still awaiting the signing of the deal so does this mean once signed we still have to wait for these approvals or are these approvals coming in right now one by one to KRY then we sign the deal. It sure would be nice to know.

The NDRC approval is by far the most important Chinese approval and signifies that the transaction is in alignment with China's strategy. We anticipate the receipt of a Certificate of Overseas Investment as approval from the Ministry of Commerce and filing of that Certificate with the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) to be forthcoming, within the next few days.
