Call a shareholders meeting!

Anybody with enough votes can call a shareholders meeting (probably a brave soul like Teutracker) to:

1. pressure Fong

2. fire the board of Directors and replace them with those who have political clout and influence in Venezuela.

3. clean up the mess with CRRC

4. get a more favorable contract or

5. go to Arbitration

With the price of gold going up, dont't tell me KRY can't get financing.

So far, there is no contract with CRRC, deadlines have been missed, and no updates!
