as well, i spoke to Bob today and he sounds busy and focused. getting ready for another trip to Beijing. still says we are in right direction.... China is slower than expectd.... does that mean that ven is ready to go? not sure.

the timing is the issue.... taking longer than anybody thought. china government sovereign company has more levels of authorization.... takes time for assorted authorizations. deal is done -- don't know if its signed.... don't know when he leaves.

asked him if we will ever get to celebrate together... he chuckled and responded that we will.... what ever that means.... and he and John gave the same answer to my question: Will this thing get done...... Yes.... but timing is the issue....

so, after talking to him... what do I thinK? I think he finalized things at china a few weeks ago.... went to ven and finalized everything there.... now going back to beijing to finalize and get signatures or discuss or further negotiate more concessions ???? for ven.... I would think if any at all.... would be minor in nature....
