It's STILL the Permit, everybody! Everything else could still be done and kept quiet, but does anyone think that if the Permit was approved or issued that there wouldn't be at least a leak? The rest is hogwash, wishful thinking, dreaming or just BS, but a legitimate way to waste waiting time.

I believe, and hope, that it's only a matter of time, and am picking up a few more shares.
