I never said they were behind the 8ball. They have been standing in front and blocking it for years. THAT is (still) the problem imho. No one has a job so big that it couldn't be finished long before now.

And YES it makes complete and historical sense to me that Venezuela is the holdup. And yet, like you, I am positive. We only seem to have a slight difference of opinion over who is responsible for the delay.

Like I said, I bought a few more shares, today, at .375 Wow.
