Hondo, in reading the agreement again and what I posted maybe this is what will happen.

If I read it right there is a 30 day window for this note facility. Once CRRC takes advantage of this they get a pps on a 20 day average.

So why would CRRC wait until the 30th day to do this? The pps would be much higher with this 20 day average.

So what stops CRRC to do this 1 day after the closing? If this closes tomorrow their average would be below .40 of our previously traded days going back to Sept.
