Dparge it is 30 days after closing and it sounds as if its a 20 day average within that period.

I guess my main point would be that the closing would be considered the change of control and "if" asked by the noteholders the money would due at closing or shortly thereafter.

Why would CRRC be buying shares 30 days after the fact if that is what this note facility is to be used for?

There is only 2 scenarios I could think of - CRRC is going to have to pay out of pocket or they have already been buying shares under different entities as to not trigger reporting standards for ownership.
