AD, yes there are a lot of investors that feel this way especially in North America. Over the years we have all heard the word "risk" associated with VZ and that has been attached to KRY.

So let me ask this. Pretend you live in China and see what your country and companies are doing in VZ. So as Chinese would you view a stock like China Railways or KRY as a risk or a good investment following your countries investments?
