jimmi, i agree with the majority of your post (and the fact is, as of right now we still dont have a permit even with the mighty chinese behind us....)

BUT, as far as not giving us credit for the 1/2 bil we've already spent, is'nt it actually in the agreement that we will get credit toward building the mine??
