If Hugo isn't going to China this week I still believe we will get a PR and possibly a mailing by next weekend. Hugo loves press opportunities and my hope was that he may spill the beans while in China this week.

I guess we better keep an eye on Jintao's travel plans. Mid November would work for me. News next weekend, 20-30 days for a mailing and vote. Hugo making a big presentation out of the actual permit going to a new Chinese company that we happen to own a 1/3rd of when Jintao is in VZ.
