What is Hugo going to tell Medvedev after he said the "Russians would do the mine". He will be faceing him on the day we HOPE the word will come out. That could be a problem or delay the deal for a bit. I'd be pissed if Hugo told me "I got a better deal than you can give me so get out of the way" OF
