management has very little say in a buyout offer...and they dont need the approval of all the shareholders to get it done.

the way we've been trading for the last year or two i'd like to know exactly who is holding shares right now...i've had a funny feeling for some time that there are probably a handful of "individuals" that each own "unreportable high percentages" of kry...i'd really like to know who has a significant amount of shares and their nationalities...

if anyone has any examples of miners who were bought for more than double their market cap it would make me feel better...
