nobear, I agree with you that it won't happen but for different reasons. Shareholders are not going to approve such a low buyout. So its possible that entities have approached Fung with lowball offers and he has not pursued them.

But I also agree that China screwing KRY over on a lowball deal would not cause any incident or hard feelings since it would have to be approved. And if the shareholders approve, then there wouldn't be any hard feelings.
