dlbehrns-- I Know KRY never owned it. We have ,and always have had, a MOC.

The new JV will be operating the same type of MOC. Nothing more or less.

My point is that Vz. has NO need to hold up the permit etc. to gain anything. We just don't need to muddy the waters with maybes that don't have any basis in fact.
