Yes that would be great. If they ever reach a settlement. And if a settlement is reached, how do you collect. ...Go to war?

All of the "glass half full" people on the board say "no problem collecting....monies due will be automatically withdrawn from Venezuela's oil profits". Personally I'd rather avoid arbitration or bomb the mo'fos to collect on the IA award...but hey....I'm a Republican.
