Crystallex and the transaction team at Macquarie have been working on a variety of fronts:

- (1) legal agreements, JV incorpor., translation

- (2) shareholder mailing and filing documents

- (3) MOC transfer and permit issuance

My understanding is that (1) + (2) are complete, legal agreements between KRY and CREC/CRRC completed, agreed to but remaining unsigned. Any agreement pursuant to the original primary binding agreement that had been signed by both parties would constitute a material event and hence a press release. The agreements may remain unsigned for a variety of reasons - the one we are advised of from IR is that we are awaiting committee/board approvals from China. That may very well be the case. Bob is in Venezuela this week working on the next step which would be permit and MOC transfer.

It is unfortunate to see the stock price fall but with no news, and many shareholders in the dark as to what is transpiring some will decide to sell.
