I look at where Grz stock is and think- ok, If we don't get the deal signed with the chinese, which i believe is a done deal, then we have cash to bring arbitration and we will end up with a claim much larger than GRZ- with owning the whole company not 1/3.

Past experience in this stock shows a downward push may mean news is getting close.
