Cannot get to the bottom of the story... Where we at?

I am hoping that all is done in China,,, the review of all the pages has been completed and all have signed off...

I'm think'n (either by condition or by strategy) the Chinese did not sign final package agreement.... and want the Permit... to finalize it all... so, and as such: all needs to be packaged up now... and then they will follow with a mammoth announcement? Maybe yes or maybe no.... is bob in ven to get or arrange for the promised permesso?

as this past week drove me crazy, I am trying to relax a bit... and have a new avatar,,,, actually, the new avatar includes many of you.... can you figure out who is who? I am the guy wearing tight red spandex and the girdle.... Can anyone find option's gal... yup... she is in this photo as well...
