G. Biker, trading may be halted by the company even if it is not technically required by the exchange. It's often done in order to err on the side of caution.
The halt may be quite brief, an hour or so, while news is released. On the other hand, I've held companies where the halt lasted five days. It ended up being good news, but it sure puts investors on pins and needles.
How the stock price reacts when trading resumes all depends on how investors perceive the news. ANY positive news for KRY is likely to have a significant impact on its share price. The better the news, obviously, the more increase we should see.
If, as some posters here have suggested, we see a permit issuance rolled into the partnership agreement finalization, then you are looking at a moon shot for the share price. Personally, I believe the permit will come later down the road. When that has been issued, however, then we'll easily go into the range many here are hoping for, at least temporarily.
