You're trying to make it sound like the Canadian Treaty with Venezuela was Belanger's idea. Anybody could have taken that route, that didn't take any talent. He just ran our of options.

I think Fung and Balanger selected different options for whatever reasons. My understanding is that, at this point, we no longer have $$$ for pursuing arbitration so that is no longer an option (maybe if we printed a billion more shares?).
