PS. I caution again there are NO DEADLINES related to Las Cristinas because Las Cristinas is located in Venezuela and there are the word "deadline" does not exist in their language: (a quote from a former KRY president).

Richard Marshall may EXPECT something soon, or the deal may be "within sight", but that is nothing different from KRY's history in Venezuela when they expected the permit to: "come soon", "happen in the near term", "arrive sooner rather than later" "in a fortnight" etc etc.

Richard can't predict anything. Nor can we. Good news could come today, tomorrow or never.
