02:30GMT on Monday equals

22:30 (10:30 P.M.), previous day (Sunday) in New York

19:30 (7:30 P.M.), previous day (Sunday) on the West coast

So I wonder if the election result will be favorable/unfavorable and effect the morning trading, any thoughts anyone?
