Not sure what you mean by Oct 15th JimmyJazz. My take is that Fung has been in China for the last 2-3 weeks inching this painstaking slow process along. He has or is about to close the show as the painstaking legal minutia has apparently run it's course. It was intimated to me(my interpretation) that a Mid Autumn holiday in China is over tommorow and 2 or 3 Chinese committees from the CREC/CRRC subsidiaries and/or a government agency or two could convene(the company hopes) early next week to bless and sign this thing. My sense is that the proxies could finally be loaded on Sedar by mid-week(my guess). Listen, I don't really know Marshall but his body language suggested that we are now in the approval phase as in Board Approvals etc from all the required legal entities. I think the permit is pre-approved and pre-sold and will follow on within a couple of weeks. Maybe Oct 15 will when the permit issues. Perhaps Jimmy would like to elaborate on his speculative feeling?

I won't disagree with most of what you have posted. I will say that Fung hasn't been in China for the last 2-3 weeks consecutively but is there right now.

I won't say why we may finally have our deal signed by the 15th other than what I have already posted.

As I said to Cividale, take my prediction for what you feel it is worth. I could easily be wrong but hopefully it will be because it happens sooner than later.
