Jan 2009 is not in the period of Sept 2009 through May 2010.

I see no evidence that Chavez made any quoted reference to Las Cristinas been mined by the Russians during the period of time that the Chinese were meeting with Chavez as mentioned by makinmoola. I'd like to see Cividale respond and provide some evidence to his comments because throwing cold water on an issue with no evidence to support such carries very little weight as far as I'm concerned.

The Russians are yesterday's news. The Chinese carry the purse. We all know that!
