DP I agree with you. He said this stuff, Sanz said this or that also. Not much of anything came from anything that was said.

The only goood thing I can reason out of this whole situation is if Chavez does not talk about something (like our Chinese deal that's in the works), at least he has not put the kibash on it yet by saying it's going to happen.
