Hey posing of bantering back and forth is tiring to read.

The only thing that most members agreed on was that China was going to get involved before this company went BK. This happened, good call to everyone.

Everything else that was anticipated, promised, predicted, infered, shown by the majic 8 ball, hunches, etc and reported by Agoracom KRY members has not happened- NONE OF IT.

Therefore an argument that everything is stll OK is annoying and invalid.

One of the rules is not to endlessly post the same thing over and over, yet if someone keeps posting everything is fine and it is not, it's the same thing.

I don't think we would be as skeptical now even as all the promised timelines have been passed, had the shorting down of half of the stock value after the financing deal not occured and burned most of us once again.

If the stock price had held some value then I'm sure we would be more content with the current situation, maybe .40 shares was too low and 2/3 of the MOC was too much.

We have to make a deal or announce arbitration soon. I think Fung will find money to pay off the shareholders and get us financed thru arbitration. A share after we win in 5 years might only be worth a buck or less. A buck in 5 years will only be worth .50 cents if we are lucky.

Im trying to be positive about recent developments but I have doubts now that this is the final chapter of the saga. Hugo and his policies of backward beurocracy is the main problem. We should not have Chinese as potential partners and the mine should already be built and producing gold now had everything went according to the previous schedule. Just that fact alone shows what an economic putz Hugo Chavez actually is but also must say something about us as investors too.
