This is the small miners, of which there are thousands and thousands of. Many are of the opinion that they have to be dealt with before we get green lighted. I used to lean that way but not so much anymore. Too big a mess to clean up number wise to make any sense to me. Maybe some in our immediate vicinity will be dealt with to make things click, but on a whole, I don't think so. jmo.
