One could make the argument that there might be ongoing motivation on the part of CRRC (or their operatives) to keep our shareprice suppressed post closing given paragraph '2d' of the Binding Primary Agreement. This may seem unlikely to many....although many felt it was unthinkable that our shareprice would be at .38 cents today. Personally I hope EZ is correct and we get the $3.00\share pop when the deal is closed. It should be interesting to see where our shareprice actually levels out between the two extremes of .38 cents and $3.00 when we receive news.
