1. Gold up, Our volume continues up, Price not moving.

2. Elections might bring pro business/enterprise canidates into the majority

3. Announcing our deal before the election would piss of all the artisinal miners and they would vote anti Chavez.

4. Deal with the artisinals after the vote probably the true holdup.

5. Very few shares showing level II on the ask first one over 100 shares is @ .50 cents
