Good point. I don't think the Chinese will put up with Venezuelan "business as manyana usual" anyway. Just not sure whether our price is being controlled pending an election sensitive release date or whether it is being controlled for some other reason (related to the deal and share accumulation by CRRC?) that may have a longer time frame.
