Last we heard it was the Jewish holiday slowing down the lawyers, now its the elections. So basically we need our crack staff to sit down and find a day of the year in which no country or religion even remotely associated with Canada, VZ or China or its employees or subcontractors have anything going on such. THAT will be our day to shine.

People, if it's going to happen, it will happen when it happens. We won't know why or when or what caused the delay. Only those tied in will know and be able to play it to its fullest potential. I fully expect one of our famous bear raids just prior to a news release to scare the you know what out of retail investors. You know, the kind where we see about 20M shares traded in about 5 minutes and we lose about half our share price only to rebound minutes later.
