Kry will try any shareholder's patience. I am waiting to find out if I have been either totally fooled for the last several years or I am well educated risk investor. Although, using Kry as the deciding factor is probably not wise.

I am now being told by RM that the shareholders were informed in the second quarter financials that the company is going way past executing the A&F agreement and are completing and negotiating all details necessary to close the transactions. When I pressed him why there has no press release on this fact he stated it was clear in the second quarter financial release stating the deal is anticipated to close in the fourth quarter. When I asked will the permit be in place prior to the shareholder vote he answered that he would anticipate closing shortly aftrer the shareholder vote. The permit must be in place to close.

While he would give no indication of any timing besides the Fourth quarter it did not seem to me to be a day or two situation.
