I believe there is an upside to our .40 share price. We know the Chinese will be converting some of the loan to shares at .40. If we were trading higher right now we would probably have dropped to the .40 range when the conversion takes place. Now when the conversion takes place we will be able to climb without the low .40 shares hanging over us.

Until the conversion takes place we will be stuck here.
