An Agreement on paper with the Chinese....a CEO telling shareholders that the 40 year deal is days away...mining sector news on the ground every day in Venezuela that reinforces the prospect of imminent deal [worth a shareprice (conservative) of 3 bucks]....and NO ONE IS BUYING.
