2 years ago that article would have sent the sp up significantly in anticipation. Now, not so much.

Permits were issued too (would be nice to see in an official form).

Clearly, all the activity published regarding mining the last several months sure supports a major breakthrough in official mining projects actually getting permitted and under construction.
