This statement could be read as an indication of frustration (our situation could be similar) as described by another actual mining company experiences in Venezuela. I consider the tone of the sentence to be "we're waiting on Venezuela". Bellanger anounced similar frustration describing the inaction of Ven when he announced GRZ was going down the arbitration route.

IMO most all here believe at least a good part of the problem is with Venezuela and I do not know if the KRY BOD will ever be comfortable enough to disclose disatisfactions beyond the protest of the enviromental ministry decisions which are just the legal response.
