3x normal volume. I wonder if the Bellanger speak about negotiations going better, the POG and the recent news of Chavez starting to make good on his nationalizations is making this go.

Maybe investors believe that GRZ situation needs to be resolved before KRY/CRRC can proceed and that's all coming to a head.
