I agree EZ it worth a lot more than .40. Maybe someone is waiting for this conversion at .40 to take place, who knows :)

One thing to add in your share price of 22.20 (which I would love) is take a third of that to 7.40 and half it with the VZ discount at we end up at 3.70. Now I like the 7.40 better without the VZ discount and depending on how this is all presented and with China in control I believe it does take some of the VZ discount away. Problem is no one has realized that yet :)
