My home here in So. Cal would be spared if we got a $3 offer. Not on the edge yet but moving in that direction over the course of the next 18 months. My home is still worth more than I paid for it assuming that a buyer could get a jumbo loan. Would they PLEASE just get this thing over with! Somebody help me!!! :>)
