Redrock, I am not sure I would call it pie in the sky possibilities when the deadline for the A&F agreement is 38 days late from the July 31 deadline. Anything is possible.

This is what goes through my head for the possible delay:

Deal has gone sour.

The gov't is all for this deal but Minamb has yet to be convinced.

CRRC has decided to buyout KRY instead of partner.

Brisas or other mines are involved with this deal including a settlement with GRZ.
