jose tweets back- "Dear CJR, crystallex is involved in a lengthy and complex process. The negotiations with the chinese and venezuelan authorities are very much on track and there are no obstacles that i'm aware of. The delay was caused in part because of a past misunderstanding between hugo chavez and a prior kry executive (something about hugo soaking in a tub).

the stellar alignment of the asteroid belt with pluto was a very superstitious event for the chinese and foretold of imminent disaster. because of the stellar alignment the deal was postponed until pluto was in the fifth house. The JV agreement of crrc holding 2/3 of the project was also a negative number superstition for our chinese partners; therefore, we have agreed that crrc will now own 52/53rds of the project.

crystallex continues to be optimistic for the maximization of shareholder value and a positive resolution to the permit situation.
