excellent commentary Don-wys..........just think about it............If venezuela is at the bottom of the barrel from an investment standpoint, you now have a world superpower signing and investing in multi billion dollar deals in that country. I think going forward, you will see more south american countries(with rich resources) follow in the footsteps of Chavez.
