Who knows HB. You'd think if real news was imminent volume and share price would be going up. The "share price manipulation" theory gets very old after awhile. Not to say that we haven't seen some very encouraging things in the press lately. Just looks like those "in the know" aren't very concerned with accumulating significantly right now. We can't even seem to stay above "rock solid" support @ .40. Granted....low volume but WTF? I repeat....WTF?
