No, I don't think they should have gone the arbitration route given where they were at the time. My point is that we shouldn't blindly take what mgmt tells us and unconditionally assume it is true and will happen. Because it didn't before. That doesn't mean it won't come true this time. I believe there is a good chance it will. But I get irritated to no end when I read people slamming others who bring challenging thoughts to the board and I will defend them when people gang up on them.

And again, why does it mean you have to sell when you challenge what mgmt says? Do you agree with every decision a company makes when you are a shareholder? Are you the type who always votes yes on proxies? Be an independent thinker. If everyone agreed on everything, this wouldn't be a great country (USA or Canada), whichever side of the border you live on.
