Thanks Redrock, back in May there was an article that stated the Vens would travel to China in early July and I never saw anything during that time period that they actually did that. It then stated in May after VZ visited China in early July then a Chinese delegation would then come back to VZ in Aug.

Not sure if those plans screwed up our July 31 timeline or not but it seems the VZ delegation never made it to China until a few weeks ago with them returning Aug 23. It seemed immediately upon their return we were seeing articles of Chinese delegation meeting with Chavez. The articles I posted today seems to suggest they are still in VZ and agreements are being signed...good news hopefully.

A side note, I think earlier this week there was an article stating there was a meeting about mining/miners on Sept 2 tomorrow at Miraflores or somewhere in Caracas. Nice to know the Chinese are still in town :)
